How will this appear on my statement? The charge will appear on your monthly merchant processing statement at $24.95 per MID, where each MID represents one physical business location. Each location is billed separately at $24.95 per MID per month and will have its own listing management within the platform. What platforms does this cover? The tool syncs your information across 200+ platforms including Google, Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp, Facebook, Amazon Alexa, Siri, TripAdvisor, and emerging AI-powered search tools. Is this replacing my existing website? No. This tool improves how your business appears across external platforms and directories. It has no impact on your existing website. What if I don't receive my login details after enrollment? Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still haven't received them, contact your Paysafe support team using the details below. Can I opt out after my enrollment date? Yes, but charges will apply for any months the service was active prior to cancellation. Contact your support team to cancel going forward.
